Every head of hair is different, and so is every person in the chair. Before the first cut, your barber takes a few minutes to understand you: how you like to wear your hair, what suits the shape of your face, and what feels comfortable for you.

Life happens. Cancel for free up to 12 hours before your visit. Inside 12 hours, a fee applies so our barbers are paid for time they held for you.

You'll get your barber's details and a message 60 minutes before they arrive, so there are no surprises at the door.

Frequently asked questions
Can you cut hair for someone who can't get out of bed?
Yes. Our barbers can work with the person lying down or propped up in bed, going slowly and gently.
Do you visit assisted living and memory care communities?
Yes. Add the community name and room number to your request. We coordinate with staff as needed.
Can a family member be there during the haircut?
Of course. Many families like to be there, and it often helps their loved one feel more at ease.
How much does a mobile barber haircut cost?
Send a request and we'll reply with your full price. Nothing is booked or charged until you approve it.
Where do you offer house calls?
We're based in the San Francisco Bay Area and make house calls across San Jose, Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, San Francisco and the East Bay. Somewhere else, even outside the US? Send a request anyway and we'll let you know if we can get a barber to you.
What do I need to prepare?
Just a chair and a little space, ideally near good light, plus a broom, dustpan and access to a trash can to throw away hair. We bring everything else, including clippers, capes and cleanup supplies.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens, and we understand. You can cancel for free up to 12 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 12 hours, a cancellation fee applies, because your barber has already set that time aside and turned away other clients to be there for you.
